These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Leo's Tree Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, pruning, defensible space, and related services. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Estimates & Scheduling

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Scheduling is subject to weather, property access, permitting, and equipment availability.
• Client must provide safe access and disclose underground hazards such as irrigation lines, septic, and utilities.

3. Deposits & Payment

• Some jobs may require a deposit.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, check, and major electronic forms of payment.

4. Tree Risk & Damage Waiver

Tree removal and cutting work involves inherent risk. The client understands:

• We are not responsible for hidden decay or structural defects in trees.
• You must disclose underground utilities or hazards.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

5. Insurance & Licensing

We are fully insured and operate in compliance with California state and local requirements.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduling, estimates, job updates, and occasional promotions.

Program Description

We send informational and marketing SMS messages including service updates, reminders, and offers.
